The receptionist has never been friendly to me when I walk in and when I leave, however, my dental hygenist, Amanda and the doctor are one of the best I have ever been to. I will always come back for them. I will mark an Excellent for them when answering.

I had a cleaning and check up. My teeth have never been this clean, no injured gums, no pain. Excellent technician.
Very friendly and always making sure you are comfortable and always checking on you throughout your cleaning etc.
Doctor himself and his dental assistants are wonderful and great at what they do! They always make my visit a pain free experience. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. As far as the front desk Scheduler/ Receptionist , I feel she need to work on her customer service skills. Patience and good attitude go along way when working with the public. You represent the Office as a whole, you are the voice on the phone and the first and last face the client's see.

It was a great first appointment! I felt completely comfortable with everyone there
I did not have to wait very long before getting in. The dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle during the cleaning asking me multiple times if I was comfortable. She took her time and made sure to be thorough. There were no services pushed on me. Dr. Safadi came and did a close examination and did not rush out of the room, but answered all my questions before leaving. I was overall very satisfied with the cleaning and exam.
