Horrible place prices too high for the service you get and the staff is rude !! Never going there again
Completely disrespectful, and unprofessional, will never come here again.
Very unprofessional awful customer service they treated my 13 year daughter like trash and left her with 3 Nails missing and all of the others sloppy and crooked after we spent $30...
Not too good to fast massage did not last 3 minutes sorry not going there again prices went high ��
Had a appt on the 26th at 9:15 am...they say they open at 9. Waited 20 mins and then headed to Walmart to get some stuff. I called when leaving Walmart, and they were open. Got there at 10. 45 mins past my appt, but once there, I got my pedicure, they apologized being late. The girl took her time with my feet, which is good..I hate it when people rush. Got pretty cherry Blossoms on my big toes too. Very nice friendly staff....they are need to work on being there on time.
I first experienced this place when they opened last year and they were FABULOUS!! Today I Went in for a full set, the technician was very careless with the electric nail grinder and nicked me once on my pinky then apologized then moved to my ring finger and cut me and made me bleed. I stood up and said no thank you. Very careless and then she starts laughing and talking Chinese. WORST customer service, won't be back, and would NOT recommend!
