Needed a silver earring repair. Shop was very accommodating and welcoming from the phone call inquiry with Dan to the in person visit. Kudos to Alyssa who was so kind and who completed the repair in just a few moments as well as helping me with another purchase. I definitely will spread the word to friends and encourage them to shop all the lovely jewelry on display. It’s a pleasure to find a business so willing to please their patrons. I will definitely be back.

Emma was very welcoming and knowledgeable about permanent jewelry. It was my friends first time getting zapped so Emma showed us all the options. I currently have a bracelet that was put on elsewhere but I had decided to add a charm and I’m so happy I did! I left with my bracelet looking even better! My friend is also very happy, highly recommend!

Alyssa was so kind and patient when helping me figure out what style chain would be suitable for my permanent bracelet that would hold up overtime especially with the job I have. She was so knowledgeable with the pieces they carried. I was very indecisive about the colors or style I wanted and she was so patient and was willing to let me try on many different colors and styles. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back!

We went in today to look at cape cod bracelets, and Allison was absolutely wonderful! She came over to us right away, opened up the cabinet and started showing me all the different bracelets. She was patient, kind, and so helpful! Absolutely the BEST customer service I have experienced in a LONG time! This experience just made me a lifelong customer! Thank you again Allison!
