Score is based on the clinic. Dentist Mr Abbaa is great. My issue is Angel dental on day of my appt, at 11am they cancel my 4pm appt then proceed to tell me that if I cannot come in @ 11.25 , the next available time is in 3 weeks. If I did that I would have been charged a fee but their best offer is another 3 weeks wait after I already waited 4 weeks for this appt. And it’s not the first time they have rescheduled my appt. Time to look for a new dentist

Attended this dentist for an emergency infection. Dentist did not advise of the work that he was doing and did not clearly state what needed to be done and provided a treatment which I did not want and left extremely distressed. He wasn't even sure if he was working on the right tooth the whole time. Call to speak with the owner the next day and was rude and told its best to go elsewhere. Terrible!!!!!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to attending the Dentist. This is due to past terrible Dentists. Today I experienced an outstanding Dental experience. Dr Abba and the dental nurse were extremely professional , provided support, care and excellent communication to me and each other. I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Music was playing, was given a stress ball, step by step instructions explained throughout the filling and teeth cleaning . Natalie is approachable, professional, caring and kind. She has successfully done three fillings for me whilst I have had other traumatic experiences with different dentists. She talks things over with you at length and you are made to feel comfortable. The other dentists there are equally experienced.

I’ve always had major anxiety about going to the dentist and put it off for years! Today, I had to get two fillings, and I’m so grateful for Michael and the wonderful dental assistant (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!😭). They made me feel so comfortable, kept me laughing, and put me completely at ease. Before I knew it, I was relaxed, and the procedure was over! For the first time, I’m not dreading my next visit. Thank you both for making this experience so much easier!
