I don't like the transportation service; they pick up three other people without letting you know or asking if you agree to it. Then you have to put up with the bad smell of the vehicles, loud music, and podcasts playing at high volume—that was my experience on two trips.
They are non responsive. No show No call. Massachusetts Transportation couldn’t even get ahold of them. Unprofessional company.
