They never return calls, I've been calling for 3 weeks, still no return call.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Everyone there is always pleasant and that is quite relaxing considering you're coming in to a place where the stereotypical thought is that some pain is on it's way.

I made the mistake of going here because I needed work done and they were close to the house. I got a temporary crown. I needed to come back for over $1000 worth of other things. When I left they tried to schedule a cleaning and I said no I better check my schedule and call back. They scheduled it anyway started getting a $60 bill for a missed appoitnment.
