Although the staff is very friendly and always ask if we are experiencing any new concerns or problems I felt that they could have given my kids some positive feedback as well as pointers. Both my kids are cavity free but the reinforcement would have been helpful. Again, they were very sensitive to my kids, however, since I was not in the room with my son he was concerned why certain procedures were being completed. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this orthodontist offer alternative choices to metal braces (ceramic, Invisalign)? Yes, but they didn't seem very informed about the alternatives

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average

First time visit with my 4 year old. Walked in and it felt very disorganized in the space. People sitting outside of main doors waiting to get in for appointments. The desk staff seemed frazzled and I had to ask for new patient forms myself...twice. They were late by 30 minutes. The dental hygienist was very warm and welcoming but the space in which she had to work was horrendous. It felt dirty inside and we were led to a back room where my sons cleaning would be done. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Yes, they had games and entertainment Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
