I was disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more upfront with scheduling times. They only have orthodontist available on Thursdays! No one ever brought this to my attention, I have a busy schedule and this EXTREMELY inconvenient DO NOT GET BRACES HERE.. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy
Although the staff is very friendly and always ask if we are experiencing any new concerns or problems I felt that they could have given my kids some positive feedback as well as pointers. Both my kids are cavity free but the reinforcement would have been helpful. Again, they were very sensitive to my kids, however, since I was not in the room with my son he was concerned why certain procedures were being completed. First time visit with my 4 year old. Walked in and it felt very disorganized in the space. People sitting outside of main doors waiting to get in for appointments. The desk staff seemed frazzled and I had to ask for new patient forms myself...twice. They were late by 30 minutes. The dental hygienist was very warm and welcoming but the space in which she had to work was horrendous. It felt dirty inside and we were led to a back room where my sons cleaning would be done.
