I sent a contact request form notifying them that I was in mental health crisis and had been for a month and I needed to get in ASAP. I don't hear back for two days and then when I do get a message, I'm told to go somewhere else for mental health treatment. I'm also informed that they are closed for Juneteenth? That's a made up holiday and a bullshit reason to cut people from access to treatment. Thanks for nothing I guess.
I’ve been with Anew behavioral health for about six months now. All of my appointments are either phone appointments or virtual face-to-face appointments. They also have lots of resources to offer. I would recommend them.!
This place has rescheduled my appointments multiple times and even stated that one of their therapists did not document on my visit. Get your shit together respectfully!
