I recently had my air conditioner fixed by Anew Air Heating & Cooling Inc, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were incredibly responsive and friendly. I spoke with the owner, Michelle Obryon, and Brittney, both of whom were very helpful. I called them a day before, and they managed to fit me into their schedule right away. Highly recommend! They replaced my 22 year old AC. Great experience from start to finish. These guys did everything right. Timely quote and answered my follow up questions. Explained options to help me make a decision that is right for me. Communicated status of equipment order frequently. Showed up on time, when they said they would. Treated property with respect, cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again.

They hire dangerous drivers. I called to report a dangerous driver, they brushed me off, told me I was rude and hung up on me. Bad customer service. Stay away.

Driver was driving more than 90 mph and cutting traffic off on I-75! If employees are that unsafe and in that much of a hurry while in a company vehicle, I can only imagine what the service would be like at my home.
