Sent a February invoice for December services, I paid in full. Sent a March invoice for same services that did not show my payment. Received a call from a collection agency on April 13th at 7:30 a.m.. Sent them a copy of canceled check from middle of February. Even the guy at the collection agency was laughing at what a bunch of fools they must be.
While the services provided were fine, every other aspect of dealing with this practice has been a nightmare. Receiving an outrageously overpriced bill almost a year after service for something covered by insurance is, quite frankly, unacceptable.
