I had to have Anesthesiology Associates Doctors - who were all great - 6 times since August 2014. Every time there were billing issues. Cannot reach the billing dept. on the phone without a long wait...even my doctors office staff could not reach them. They send you to collections, without sending you bills, and you never know if insurance has even been filed, because you can never reach them. The last surgery I had I complained to the poor doctor about their billing office - poor guy looked like he was used to hearing ... read more
