Would give 0 stars if I could. Won’t send me a bill, but then sent my bill to collections, have begged for a bill for months. Only people you can talk to are at a call center in some foreign country.
1 Star for anyone who has their phones answered outside the USA. Billing says we owe $0, yet CB1 says we owe.
I’ve tried to pay a bill four times then they told me I was sent to collections. I called collections and they said they don’t have anything then I tried to pay online again and it said I had a zero balance then we got a text message a week later from collections and haven’t heard back from them.
I had a billing issue, and the number listed on their website was invalid, the number on the bill was invalid, and their current third party billing office didn't have my account information. The third party they referred me to also did not have the account information. When I finally reached out directly to the third party that had run my card, they were unable to get ahold of Anesthesia Partners of Montana with the number they had on file. Billing dept. is a joke. They went back in time 15 years and do not offer automatic payments all of a sudden. You have to call to pay or send payment by mail. You can’t even go online to pay.
