Very nice people do deal with, but all he wants to do is pump you up with injections knowing they don’t work on you bc you had them already. Knowing my Dr referred me to him to fill my prescription and he still didn’t. Like I said very nice people just didn’t help me with what I needed.
They never scheduled appointment as discussed on indicated date and time. When I call to confirm no answer multiple times on different days. I have left voicemails as well as messages through there patient portal system (Klara and athena) no one has responded or called back for three week! Unprofessional
I have been seeing Dr. Rapp for years and all the sudden his office won’t answer any calls, I leave voicemails with no response from his office. I have sent multiple messages trying to get anyone from the clinic to answer on their Klara app they now use to communicate with their patients. I don’t know what is going on with his office but don’t count on them to be there for you when you wake up in agonizing pain and try to schedule an appointment. Needs a better scheduling program . Number directs a voicemail machine , never received a call back nor have anyone attempted to call out it’s been over a month and I have left multiple voice messages. Referral was sent with all contact information as well nothing. Wouldn’t recommend, isn’t worth the hassle just to get an appointment scheduled
