I have been seeing Dr. Rapp for years and all the sudden his office won’t answer any calls, I leave voicemails with no response from his office. I have sent multiple messages trying to get anyone from the clinic to answer on their Klara app they now use to communicate with their patients. I don’t know what is going on with his office but don’t count on them to be there for you when you wake up in agonizing pain and try to schedule an appointment. Needs a better scheduling program . Number directs a voicemail machine , never received a call back nor have anyone attempted to call out it’s been over a month and I have left multiple voice messages. Referral was sent with all contact information as well nothing. Wouldn’t recommend, isn’t worth the hassle just to get an appointment scheduled
I've been extremely blessed to have Dr. Rapp as my doctor the last few years!! His staff are very friendly and professional, I loved seeing them every visit, and his office is very well maintained and clean. My husband is in the military and so we move every few years.
