I had to have a D&C procedure at JCMC and Dr. May was the anesthesiologist attending to me. This procedure was difficult for me as this was saying good bye to our IVF baby we had worked so hard to have. He knew this from reviewing my medical records and spoke very kind and comforting words to me. Although I was still emotional about everything it helped very much to know the staff cared and was kind to me.

Same as everyone else's review. I made payments as agreed until I was suddenly laid off. I filled out the form and provided proof of layoff with unemployment documents. I was asking for lower payments. They sent They sent wome paperwork and I did it. I called to get payment plan and told they would call me back when since they had to check my paperwork. I tried to pay my initial bill, after my surgery with the credit card I was told I could use for all medical bills. When I attempted to pay, I was told they did not accept this particular card that covered medical procedures. This was not told to me from the beginning, it was actually the opposite. The billing employee I spoke with told me I could make three payments to pay my bill, and that they would send out my first bill the next month. Echoing what other people have said. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from a health care provider. My husband had a procedure done at the end of January. He was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and our lives were turned upside down as we traveled away from home for almost two months for him to get treatment. Return home to prepare for more traveling for his major surgical procedure to a letter saying we are being taken to court over owing them $220.
