They make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to pay your bill. Probably because they charge interest and want you to not be able to pay it. They say they offer the ability to make payments or set up a payment plan online however when I attempted to register I was told a username had already been created for my account. When I entered the user name I was told it didn't exist and I needed to contact customer service to set up a payment plan.
