I had a recent unfortunate situation of a bill that ended up being sent to collections and was paid in full the same day that I received notice from the collection agency. It seems like Anathesia Dynamics messed up a bunch of claims from 2021 and is now trying to fix their mess by making the patients pay charges of $550+. They're sending out invoices from over three years ago, claiming that the insurance company refused to pay. Don't fall for this, and definitely don't pay!! Report to the Better Business Bureau and to your insurance company until Anesthesia Dynamics backs down.
Came to me after 3 Years trying to collect a balance of $500+ they should have gotten from the insurance company. They don’t care! Giving me 30 days to pay and insurance has no record of the claim or them reaching out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Let me begin by saying my appreciation to Nyssa goes above and beyond. She helped me resolve a solution to my bill. We finally got my insurance mess figured out and ended up with a fair bill. Once they sent me the final bill I called and spoke with Kim who also went above and beyond to finally get this bill behind me. Now I can sleep peacefully! Thank you all.
