An exceptional coffee shop in a world where every coffee buff thinks they can open up their own place. Well kept, fun atmosphere, and most of all some really nice staff.
First time here, so I told the two baristas I wanted a cup of dark roast. After a brief, quiet back-and-forth discussion, they brewed a Bolivian roast and poured it in a white cup with a saucer. It was good, plain and simple. Waiting a few minutes gave me a chance to look around. Roomy, immaculately clean space inside. Soft white paint with dark wood tables and chairs. High ceiling. In the top 5 best coffee shops in the twin cities for sure when it comes to Lattes and I've tried all the coffee shops in the twin cities. Great abiance as well.
