My realtor set up central cal roofing to certify roof prior to purchase of new house. Time constraint because lenders called out roof inspection 2 days prior to closing. They said they could get to it yesterday afternoon. No show and didn't answer calls in the morning. After I got ahold of them they said they were on their way at noon. Still 4:00 and no show.
