Andy's pools is one of the worst pool companies!! They can't keep good techs because they work them like dogs. All they care about is the money and keeping their workloads high, even at the expense of work quality and employee safety/care. Many of their techs are inexperienced, damage pool equipment, or just don't service the pools at all during stops, but say they do. Customers complain about this a lot. They’re very good. They’re not always perfect but when they’re not, they’re really good about responding and addressing the issues. The Kinsey, their account manager and the management seem to try hard and care about running a good business.

We want to commend Andy’s, and specifically technician Spencer for his great work, attention to detail, and figuring out the issue with our pump while also taking the time to explain it to us. He’s great, and we’ve appreciated great year-round pool service from Andy’s for over 3 years now.
