I have been a customer for almost 1 year now. I had the best experience on Friday evening. I was hosting my youngest and 3 college friends and needed help with my Hot Tub operation. They took the time to figure out the issue and get my Hot Tub working for me after hours. Great Customer Service.
I am paying for their monthly cleaning service, and my pool has been consistently covered in algae now for the last month or so. I reached out to them to fix it and they told me a "supervisor" would come through to correct the issue. Well, he "corrected" it for all of four days before the algae returned, and now I'm stuck with a green looking pool again. Andy's pools is one of the worst pool companies!! They can't keep good techs because they work them like dogs. All they care about is the money and keeping their workloads high, even at the expense of work quality and employee safety/care. Many of their techs are inexperienced, damage pool equipment, or just don't service the pools at all during stops, but say they do. Customers complain about this a lot. They’re very good. They’re not always perfect but when they’re not, they’re really good about responding and addressing the issues. The Kinsey, their account manager and the management seem to try hard and care about running a good business.
