Have been getting Andy’s for YEARS. Cant beat the prices and food is good. Had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who disrespectfully hung up on me during a rush after waiting 75+ minutes for my food and questioning why. I completely get how the service industry is and show grace. But at the same time do expect some level or respect as a customer. I messed up a doordash run from hear and was unable to get assistance from doordash to rectify. I feel terrible and I am very sorry to the customer. You know who you are if you read this and I wish I could have made things right. But employees were very nice and professional
Ordered this party pizza for an after Cruise get together. It was delicious!! Excellent pizza and wings. Delivery driver was friendly and on time, order was correct.
Ordered 4 subs for my children (16+) while I was out with my wife. Not only was I 2 subs short. The two that showed up my kids didnt even wanna eat. This is at 9:10pm when we got back home. When I drove to the restaurant at 9:35 I found them closed. I ordered the food at 7pm well within delivery hours. They've obviously cut off pics for a reason.
Walked in and asked the lady who greeted me if was the owner and she absolutely lost it on me. I hope she has a better day but you cannot treat guests like that. She yelled at me and kicked me out. Yikes.
