Andys use to be my number one pizza place to order from...in recent months it has been a complete decline in service and i am severely dissappointed. The last few times i have ordered delivery i have received a burnt pizza, only half my food more than once, and tonight i ordered a pizza at 630 for it to arrive an hour n forty minutes later and completly cold. Second time we ordered online and our pizza came ice cold! Pizza was suppose to be delivered at 6:22 didn't come till 7!! Manager hung up after we complained. Better get my money refunded back to my card. Said the roads were bad and they were not at all. Never going back!!

Sorry but Roads are very bad on many secondary roads, many are all ice, fort street is fairly clear but many are not, whem the weather gets bad the busier we get, with all that being said a mgr should have never hung up on you, we are looking into the matter, we will get back to you once we speak to Dan the mgr. that is never acceptable unless profanity is used
Why can you guys get the orders right ( I get delivery). Most the time my orders have something missing like the bread roll and parm cheese or you forget to add things to my orders also you have giving me the wrong food before. I'm also dum for giving tips.

Super disappointed with how my order was handled today. I order from this place once a week the same thing Large pepperoni pizza, small cheese bread and two extra sides of ranch. The total is 18.02 every time, this time however my order was never placed after calling back an hour and 15 minutes later after my order was supposed to have been here in 45 minutes the guy that took my original order refused to talk to me, set the phone down for a minute and had some other girl talk to me wanting to place my order half off at 1145... read more

I have ordered from here numerous amount of times at work... Always a bill of at least 60$ and every time they either do not bring food or the order is completely wrong .. I call and they are rude and take over 20 min to replace food !!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied !!! Never again will I order from here!!

I order there about 50 times a year. They are usually great but the last three times were terrible. I will not order from there again.
Normally I'm pretty satisfied coming here but today made me regret ordering. I absolutely love the burgers and had a taste for them today. But when you order a jalapeno burger and the burger has zero jalapenos, it's very disappointing. Not one,but both of my burgers were made incorrectly. Very disappointed today..
