Just a shout out to the service dept. On our recent trip across the US and Canada, I noticed a leak from the derby cover. I pulled into the shop, told the service advisor that I was traveling through and that I had a leak - even though all the techs were busy, he took my bike into the shop himself, and quickly realized that the derby cover was warped. We managed to find a replacement cover (my bike is a '12 FLHTK) and he had me back on the road within the hour. Many thanks for your dedication to customer service!
Could not have rebuilt my 1989 Sportster without the parts, service, help and direction of Denny, Everett and the entire staff at Andy's. Bike is running perfect. Thank You All Very Much !!
Just loaded up bike heading to Utah the staff and service was amazing. Had one glitch with bike but the staff more than made up for it. Very satisfied 👍
