I have not returned since the new owners took over. They promised they would work out our points, took our bill deleted an accumulated $40.00 worth of points, the staff that had been awesome to us for years was unhappy after the change over, and I through Facebook and word of mouth found out they were leaving or gone. The last time I went in the quality of the food had diminished greatly. Oh and it was an ordeal to get my daughter a kids menu to color, when before she just was given one even though she was ordering off of th... read more

Service sucked. Waiter allowed our food to sit at the counter for over 15 minutes before he served it. Never going back.

I will never ever eat here again! The last time I ate here they had a new waitress who told me I had to order what kind of toast I want when I order my breakfast or they just bring me white. Today she was constantly sitting at the bar on her cell phone. She brought me the wrong meal, lucky for her I am not allergic to seafood. She brought me a crab omelet (someone else’s order) instead of my Spanish omelet. She went to arguing with the kitchen staff and telling them how tired she was. No apologies at all. I would have to fla... read more

Use to be one of our favorite places but now I won’t be returning . My take out was burnt and poor customer service ! The owner needs to be more professional since she was very rude and needing some retraining for the WHOLE staff .

The AC wasn't working properly, the coffee was aweful and not hot, my toast was burnt, and they overcharged me from the price that was listed on the menu.

The ambiance was homey and felt good until I ordered. Waitress was rude, eating as she served customers and then the food arrived. Water poured out of deep-fried fish, part of food was never delivered and I was treated like I was the one who ruined the food when I returned it. Furthermore, don't order hot turkey sandwich (as my friend did) unless you want one with country gravy instead of turkey gravy. It was a complete waste of money.

I have been going here since I arrived in Tri-Cities 10 years ago. Andy's Original has the best breakfast anywhere. I am a picky eater and even on busy Sundays, they accept my 'Special" order without fuss. I finally broke down and tried one of their new salads that have chicken breast on greens. The lettuce was a mix of baby lettuces and the chicken was cooked to order so it was tender and juicy. It was the Cobb Salad. Yum.
