I use this car wash every time I pass through Decatur, and the staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous whenever I go. I always get the Platinum, and I've never been disappointed! Definitely going back!
After i had gone through another carwash and I was freaking out because i had thought my side mirror was broken because of how it was push in. A staff member fixed it for me, and even wiped off the mirror afterwards, and showed me how to use the sweeper thingy. Thank you!!
I wouldn't go to Andy's car wash if it was the only one in town! Not only is the automatic wash terrifying to go through, it's even more terrifying feeling as if it's going to rip your mirrors right off! But wait, it gets worse! I'm sure everyone's worst fear about those automated car washes is that it will stop working while you're in the middle of it;; well guess what, that's what happened to me!
