This is the second time your employees have made homophobic comments about my pride flag sticker on my car. The first time I let it go. But I will never be back. Unacceptable.

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry! Every time we come here we wait forever because the person working here clearly doesn’t want to work, has one speed and NEVER EVER smiles. I think the intention of the employee is to get people to jump out of line because they have waited so long. We are the 3rd car in line and have been waiting 20 minutes! Very unnecessary! Since we have been waiting, 2 people have left.

We were waiting for our turn and the employee told us he was going to take his ten if we wanted to wait. We had already been waiting almost ten minutes and were one of three cars waiting. We and one of the cars behind us left after another ten minutes. Our first time there and we won’t be going back.

The service here is terrible. Shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes with no one in front of me to get my vehicle washed.

Went through and car wasn’t dry and was still dirty wash attendant said he couldn’t do anything about it, he thought the car had rust but it was dirt.....

I only go to Andy’s if my truck is filthy and don’t have time to run to Fort Wayne, Van Wert, or wash it myself. For the price they charge you would think they could get it clean or even remotely dry but instead dirt streaks and water spots all over. The place would close if a good car wash would come into town.
