Service was fine and done in a timely manner but the price for the service ended up being 40 dollars more than listed on the website. If I had known the actual price, I'd have gone somewhere else most likely
I bought a used car in January, I was told everything was signed off by their "techs" on inspection. I come to find that the AC does not work (because it just started getting warm). When I called to state that it was never disclosed that the AC was nonoperational, I was told "it's a Ford, we can't diagnose" because a standard AC and checking if there is a leak is completely above their technology. Do yourself a favor and demand an on site inspection prior to buying. Also to add, a very dirty and grungy environment.
