You sold me a car that did not have a clear title. It's been two months the car was totaled and the insurance hasn't paid the car because of YOUR title issues and you got the nerve to blame me. That car was not ready to be sold but you were so desperate to rip me off and do away with a car that wasn't ready to go you chose to screw me and hard. I think you should pay Credit Assurance for the car! I will be sure to tell everyone about YOU!

How about this? I got an e-mail from E-bay, and an e-mail from Andy Mohr Ford, both confirming I had won an auction for a 2010 Harley Wide Glide. When I called Andy Mohr Ford, they said they just sold it. My bid was for the KBB trade-in value. They offered to sell me a 2011 Dyna for $2000 more than its KBB trade-in value. Isn't that what they call the "bait and switch" tactic. Real integrity there Andy.

Had my Ford Escape worked on today. Great service reps, Buffy was very nice. Had to wait for over 35 minutes after my pick-up time. They had 4 1/2 hours to work on it, so it was a little iffy. Also, I thought they might do a complimentary car wash since it was spending half a grand. Nope. Guess the times have changed? Anyhow, if they would've been on time, and my car washed, it would be a five star rating. I just feel like more could've been done. There's a good chance I will give them one more try.

We have bought 2 vehicles from Andy Mohr Ford & recommend lots. Andy Mohr has resorted in lowballing customers out of "Bird Dog Fees" & in the car business reputation and word-of-mouth is key. They will never get a recommendation from myself nor will we purchase another vehicle from them.
