To make a long story short, do not even bother with this collision center. If you do, make sure you completely inspect your vehicle from bumper to bumper and top to bottom ***BEFORE YOU PAY THEM***. I am currently dealing with a mess of damages, unrelated to the accident I was in, that very obviously happened in the collision center while working on my vehicle. Unfortunately they used deceptive marketing to get me in the door. They appraised and offered me several thousand dollars below what my car books for. 2018 Ford Focus ST top package in showroom condition with 1,250 miles! They advertised 3k above book, but instead showed their character and lost a potential customer- for life. I'll buy Fords all my life, but it will be elsewhere.
