Service dept has no communication . Customers standing around not knowing who to talk to . Employees all over the place not knowing who is working on what . Can’t find the ticket to cash out . Just over all terrible . They also don’t know most of the time what they are doing when diagnosing problems
Bought a 2003 murano from there budget center for almost 4k$ and took it to auto shop for alignment, and they came back with a $2,600 bill for new front control arms/wheel bearings/axle shafts/ sway bar links. Plus the 1,138$ for a set of 4 new tires cause one was new and the rest worn beyond the AWD acceptable worm rating so I would have damaged transmission. Got a 2018 f150 from them having problems with the motor at 14000 miles and they are saying that the noise is normal. The driver door won’t stay shut they want me to drive it for 4 days like that until they can get it in to do warranty work on it told them I can’t bring it in until 3:00 they said I would have to leave it overnight with no way to get to work the next day. Very helpful and fast service
Tried charging me for warranty work, and won’t actually fix the problem the warranty addresses on my focus. Will never bring my car back to Andy Mohr. Their service staff seem uninformed and any thing you bring up that doesn’t seem right is met with resistance and pushy representatives. I’ve had nothing but completely unpleasant experiences through this service department.
