Bought a used vehicle from ***************** Nissan. Checked out the vehicle and did not test either key fobs. I was expecting them to work. Upon the way home stopped by the store. I realized I could not lock the vehicle using the key fobs, so I went into store and purchased batteries, still did not work. I call the salesperson and he told me you should of checked the key fobs before purchase. He said he did not know the key fobs did not work. I believe that is a lie. BUYER BEWARE!!!!I purchased a used vehicle from ***************** Nissan in **** and after one month my first payment the right front air shock blow. Cost me almost $2000 to get both sides repaired. Then it needed upper & lower rocker arms, then the compressor went out, then the tire rode arm broke, So far I have put into this vehicle close to $4000 in repairs and have only driven in for one month out of six. Our buying experience started with lies and has continued since we bought the car. First, the sales manager guaranteed there would only be one hard inquiry on our credit report. ONE! There was four. Then we bought the CPO Wrap extended warranty. Covers everything bumper to bumper, top to bottom. Glass is included in the warranty according to the paperwork. Nope! Very **** customer service. Had a deal set up on friday evening with ******. She was to call me first thing monday to set up delivery time for my new vehicle. Call never came. I called the dealership monday afternoon. Was told ****** was off for the day. The lady then told me they would not honor the deal that was made on friday evening. Then tried to get me to trade my vehicle for much less money then deal we made friday evening. Very shady dealership. Would not recommend dealing with them on anything. I purchased a vehicle from **** **** Nissan, in April. The car was expeditiously delivered to me. A few days later I received a call from them stating that they wanted to get the car in to do a 'complimentary' oil change. That immediately concerned me because according to the sticker in the window, the oil change had recently been done. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR INTEGRITY! They knowingly sold a vehicle with a used transmission and a bad heater core without disclosing this anywhere. The carfax report did not show that Andy Mohr Nissan of Avon installed a used transmission in July. The vehicle was purchased Sept 12th and broke down on my teenage daughters while driving home from Arkansas on October 16th. I have purchased many cars over the years and my car buying experience at Andy Mohr Avon Nissan was the worst I could imagine. I genuinely believe if you are a woman in your 50s they will discriminate against you. This place needs to be investigated by the BBB. The car itself is nice, it’s the dealership that is the issue.
