About this business

Very few people have what it takes to obtain a world-class education at the highest levels of academia, and fewer still have the diligence to complete a lengthy education in medicine. Truly exceptional are those who continue to teach and serve, when a lifetime of work is already behind them, such as Andy Fine, MD. How has Dr. Fine's office grown so prominent over the past 15 years? The answer was two-fold. Having a higher personnel-to-patient ratio opened up appointment times during the day to see emergency patients, but als... read more

Terrible!! Staff is so rude! Dr. Fine doesn't even make eye contact with you and is clearly just doing this for a paycheck. ALWAYS running about 30 minutes late and he requests unnecessary tests to run up insurance. Seriously don't go here. Get on a waitlist for a nicer place!!

Been here twice in the last week with my fiancée to address some ongoing issues, and each time have been very pleased. Front desk staff was courteous, M.A.'S were all very personable and nice and both providers (we've seen two N.P.'s) were very helpful and good listeners. Will definitely return to the office in the future!

Does not listen to problem. I had bee. previously diagnosed with psoriasis but lost the doctor when changing insurance and told Dr fine about it and he refused to believe me and misdiagnosed it. He looks annoyed when you ask questions and today actually walked out of the room while I was asking a question. I've come back 3 times now for an allergy test and haven't gotten it once. CLEARLY does not care about his patients. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD DOCTOR!!!

My elderly father-in-law was a patient of Dr. Fine's. My mother-in-law had noticed some changes in his behavior since the beginning of 2017, and they were steadily getting worse. He couldn't remember words, he would ramble on about topics, and he would get angry and frustrated. She told Dr. Fine, and Dr. Fine said "Old people get demented". Well, two weeks ago my father-in-law went to the ER at Littleton Adventist Hospital. Following a CT scan, he was diagnosed with a huge malignant brain tumor.

The front desk staff is extremely rude and incompetent. When my doctor did not show up for my appointment, no one called me to cancel my appointment. The lady at the front desk blamed me for "not checking my messages" and was very condescending.

As others have mentioned...this is a Dr. out for money not patient interest. His staff lied to my wife when told the "mandatory intake visit" would be covered even if we only have 1 physical a year. $250 bill later the office refused to re-code it to fix the issue. He then told me I was overweight and needed to return 4 times this year...at $250/ea. I could just hire a physical trainer and have them call in with my weight. Thanks, but not thanks! I won't pay this bill out of sheer justice.

Dr. Fine was by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't listen to anything I had to say about the care I had received from my previous physician of two years except to tell me that doctor didn't know what he was doing. I had tried to tell him about previous spinal injections I had received but he didn't care to hear about them, just proceeded to give me an injection without telling me what it was I was receiving. He spent about 3 minutes total examining me.

Address is wrong, doctor is perpetually unavailable, phones are rarely answered, mesaages are infrequently returned, exit process is slow and unreliable. The nurse forgot to write down the dosage I was supposed to receive on my Rx, and I only found out when I got to the pharmacy hours after she was supposed to have called it in. I had to call her and tell her what the doctor had told her to call into the pharmacy for me. How this office hasn't accidentally killed someone yet, I'm not sure.

Dr. Fine has refused to call back and when you call into the office you have to leave a message and no one calls you back. You only get someone to talk if you are scheduling an appointment with them. They took blood work and I was told they were sending in mail but nothing has arrived or I have not been informed about results since my August appointment. No one will call me back and no one will refill my blood pressure medication. I am worried that something bad will happen to me without it.
