Dr. Fine himself is great. His NP, Maureen Parker, is terrible and rude.

In 4 visits we have hardly exchanged 100 words. It's in and out on to the next patient. The staff is abysmal. They couldn't care less. I have had 4 blood tests done here and each time I have had to call multiple times to find out results. I have now been waiting 10 days to find out my latest results. In spite of several calls to the office I have heard nothing. They just filled my old prescription. No idea if it is really working properly. I am looking for a new doctor.
I have never met the Dr. himself and frankly it wouldn't matter! They do not answer their phones, cannot write prescriptions, says system is down, sends patients to URGENT CARE for a sinus infection because wait for it............once again they are down and never has a Dr. on call for them. They do not take vitals, they simply want to write a narcotic script and get you out of their way to take on the next patient who wants a narcotic. HORRIBLE. THEY ARE A DISPENSING DR ONLY!!!!
