Enjoyed working with Andy. He has a knowledge of the area that is second to none! He was responsive, which is a must when selling a home. Loved his social media posts about the property. But above all, he was honest. The market was not amazing when we sold our property and he set up our expectations in a clear and honest manner. This provided a lot of trust in the numbers we were getting and ultimately, we were very pleased with the final offer!
Andy is excellent at what he does and brings value to the buying process. We love the area as he took the time to understand the situation with the home, and worked for us to ensure the home is well inspected and ready. I would absolutely recommend him to future buyers.
