I had a very poor experience as a buyer working on the opposite side of this team. They did some very unethical "bait and switch" activities when it came to the listing. Cecilia Nguyen, Andy's assistant, was exceptionally incompetent in her execution of several tasks which caused unnecessary duress and stress for me and my husband.
