I have seen Dr Mushahwar and Dr Hilal several times in the past today Dr Mushahwar seemed distracted hurried and curt he spoke over me repeatedly was not prepared with information on my chart didn't have the results from the cardiologist that I saw on June 1 23 his response to that was ORMC has thousands of Dr's there he made not attempt to access the records electronically luckily I had a copy of the release from the Cardiologist and was able to provide him some information which he took and hurriedly exit the room never as... read more
I was supremely gratified by the attentive care administered, previousto, during and following my colonoscopy procedure. Highest kudos to all the receptionists, nurses and surgical team for a great, happy and transforning experience ! With some great concern and kindnesses administered from an extremely well-managed staff as a whole.
All the employees and the doctor were very friendly and professional. They answered questions slowly and took all the nervousness out of a doctor's visit.
Today I had my first colonoscopy. Dr. Mushahwar did an excellent job. When I woke up I felt like nothing happened, that's how good I felt.
Dr. Mushahwar is really kind, and he provided clear information on what to expect for the colonoscopy. My only issue was the wait time, which was about 40 mins to see him when the consultation with him lasted less than 6 minutes. This could have been maybe a virtual visit, especially since my daughter had to take off work and take me to the office, which was a long commute.
Everything was perfect
HiThe office is always clean.Staff is friendly, polite n answered all my questions.Also, Dr. Mushahwar makes u feel comfortable n explains the procedure in a way that a person can understand. I have trust n confidence in Dr. Mushahwar.
Checking in went very smooth unfortunately my husband and I were left waiting over 45 minutes after been left in room waiting for the doctor to arrive to see us .We we’re about to get up and leave thought maybe everyone had gone home and forgot about us
The nurse who took care of me were all so kind and great at their job. They seem to like working there.
