Staff and doctor were very knowledgeable. The doctor made me feel at ease and comfortable. Also waiting chairs were very comfortable. Waiting time was a little long but I was giving an apology for that!
Very personable! Excellent facility. Highly recommend.
My only complaint was that I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room before being taken to the back.
This was the on call doc for the practice that I thought was so great today. My daughter had been to the emergency room 2x already and they said she needed to see a GI specialist right away. The doctor we saw today (Friday) ordered a CT scan STAT. Said we would get same day results. THANK GOD we can get my daughter who is in pain now for 6 days some help asap. Unfortunately this Dr. wa on call over the weekend, and my daughter got the short end of the stick, after waiting a month to be seen, he treated like if she was perfectly healthy according to him, she not only has severe anxiety, she suffers from an eating disorder, so his first words out his mouth beside taking about COVID patientsand how there are no beds and he that maybe they will be shut down again, was endoscopy and biopsy, without having the decency to at least hear her out, and then making it seem that she was non co... read more
This was one of the worst gastroenterologist doctors I have ever been to. I had surgery last week and my results did not list any information as to what he did during the endoscopy, the staff is totally incompetent, and the doctor does not care to do anything but put you under anesthesia and give you a bill for it. There are other gastroenterologists out there who are better and will give you better care during and after. Not even sure when my follow-up will be? He is very friendly. Has my health as a concern. I really felt comfortable on each visit.
Great doctor. The girl who returned my call about refilling my Zen-pep enzymes was rude and hung up on me. She did call back and said the doctor approved the refills. However there was no reason for her abrasive manner. Thank you Lou Atti
