For an expensive steakhouse, this restaurant never comes close to meeting expectations. While the service staff seems friendly enough the actual service and food is terrible! Not only did the server put in the wrong order he admitted to messing up, but offered no correction to the problem other than having the person who received the wrong order to wait another 30 minutes for the correct dish to get prepared. Had reservation for New Year's eve dinner at 10:15 pm. Wife and I both ordered the bone in rib eye steak done medium as we always do. Had our appetizers and when the steaks arrived and we tested the doneness the wife's bled like it was just seared (rare). Mine I tested in a thinner section and looked ok. They sent hers back and I began to eat mine.
