Installed a new roof that was damaged from a recent wind storm. I highly recommend using them for any future work.

We first had a reroofing job done and the speed and great job they did led us to have them do a residing and replacement windows job. Wow! What an incredible company and customer service!! Had a leak coming thru garage ceiling and porch ceiling, of my son's home. Called insurance, and adjuster said lots of wind damage on both roofs and needed replacement. Did not know who to call, as my son is on disability and could not afford to be ripped off. Overall excellent roofing company. Joey was our salesman. He was kind to call and help us figure out how to get our insurance check, which listed our mortgage company and my wife and I as the recipients, cashed/deposited. The actual team of roofers, led by Daniel, was excellent. I would suggest anyone that works with Andrews request this team to do the install. Not sure where to start. After filing an insurance claim I contacted them with three other potential contractors for roof work. They were professional, customer service is phenomenal. I worked customer service many years. I know what it looks like. I picked them for several reasons. They had wonderful reviews. They didn't talk over my head. Pricing was competitive and Veteran owned.
We had Andrews do siding and gutters on our house. Initially, I contemplated giving a 4 star due to an issue with a newer salesman at the company, but Matt Andrews did an excellent job with service recovery after the incident. He was very responsive to the situation and really treated us well with a nice gift certificate to one of our favorite restaurants in Tipp City. The siding and gutter work was done extremely well and and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
If you're looking for a new roof, look no further than Andrews! But whatever you do, don't make them your first quote. Make them your last. Why? Because you need to be blown away by how much you're going to overpay if you choose anyone else vs setting a bar for everyone else to meet. It's hard to really put into words how amazing these folks are to work with. My wife and I had to put our house up for sell and move during what would normally be a "tight timeline" but adding the COVID pandemic into the mix took it to another level.
