They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Andrews dentistry office for 35+ years - when Andrews Sr. was in practice. This had been a lovely office for many years - but the past 4 years or so, there has been a definite change in this office. While the younger Dr. Andrews is a proficient dentist -- there is a newer attitude of superiority amongst him and his staff (particularly his assistant Laurie.)
