Awful Company!! My husband and I went in 2012 to buy a ring. We got a ring were both happy with, but within days i started losing diamonds. We had it fixed and within days lost another. We exchanged the first ring for another..same thing. Fast forward a couple years and a few more rings I finally had one I was happy with in June of 2014. This place is the worst. This place made an error on their part and I had to pay for it. For example, I paid my October payment on sept 25. Well I go to pay for November bill on Oct 20. Instead of using my money for the November payment, they took my payment and used it for October. Their excuse of taking my money and putting it towards October was that the billing cycle ended on the 20th, so I would have to pay it on the 21st. (No clue about the billing cycle in the first place) so of course I get my bill in the mail with a... read more

We are a small town family jeweler and have been doing Samuels repair work for awhile, we recently had to drop them because we have invoices dating back 5 months that they haven't payed ! It's not just us all jewelers within 300 miles knows not to do their work because they don't pay . the regional manager and there billing office wont call us back and wont pay the amount owed $15,000. This company has ripped us off and will do so to others if given the chance
