Amazing Surgeon. Great Work. Friendly Staff. One on One Care. Very Detailed in Explaining Things.
I have been going to Dr. Andrews since I was a child and he’s always been so great. He’s empathetic, explains everything in depth, and makes sure I’m okay with everything that needs done. He’s always been supportive of my choices. He’s a very popular doctor but he always makes sure to spend time with me to go over all of my concerns
Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Told the patient to get a second opinion. Also made patient wait in emergency room for 11 hours to end up rescheduling an appointment about cancer. Sent a cancer patient home with pain medication and told the patient "Well if you get sick you can just come back." Also told the patient that he is unable to move up surgery because he is on "emergency call" when patient was sitting in ER. Coming from a nurse perspective at the #2 Hospital in the U.S this is no good
Dr. Andrews treated my 18 year old son for a severe wound on his foot . He is kind, smart, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable , and easy to talk to and understand! He made the long healing process so much better! He along with his staff at Akron children's Hospital went over and above to get my son back on his feet and healthy, they worked around his college schedule and did everything they could to make the experience more manageable for him!
