I recently received dental care from Dr. Andrew J. Young, and I’d like to share my positive experience. During my first visit, Dr. Young and his assistant, Veronica, did a thorough evaluation of my dental issues. I had been suffering from severe molar pain caused by an infection. Beautiful experience! Such a peaceful environment. Cecilia and Verónica are amazing and gentle. They helped me with an extreme toothache I had. They got me in the next day, took x rays, numbed the area and straight to work! Straight to the point, in and out. I only have compliments for this dental office.
They have been taking great care of my mom with her dental needs. Dr Young is great and his staff is so nice
I was looking for a Chinese doctor. :0) When you need to scream the word hurt, it's normally easier in your native language. I went and found out this gentleman is Korea, I was thinking Oh Boy! I had a lot of reservation with my first visit. With numbing your gum, in my past experience, either dentist put in not enough, and he/she needed to put more, or too much and your gum numbed for hours. Either way, your gum will numb for hours. Got Costco dental insurance and made an appoint several weeks in advance with Young Dental Group (1795 Branham Ln, San Jose, CA). The day before the appointment the dentist called to cancel the appointment. Left several messages to set another appointment; however none of the calls were returned.. Horrible experience.
