He does beautiful work! Absolutely love it.
Mr Welsh installed a paved patio with a rock retaining wall and garden at our home, and we couldn't be more pleased.
Mr Welsh has an amazing eye for landscape design that compliments homes with color, variety and seasonality. He has done numerous projects for me, but the one I delight most in every day is a multi-level outdoor living space with fire pit, special lighting and a fountain made from a mill stone. My family and friends have enjoyed its beauty now for several years. And the birds love the fountain. I strongly recommend Mr Welsh for any outdoor project.
