While I previously thought this was a great wholesale. I went to do some returns after a year and not having previously been told they changed their policy to limit it to one year. I was refused my return. This will now be the last wholesale I resort to. I will check emco in Wolseley for every order first from now on. As a reply to their response here. The manager actually tried to go to bat for me and it was the people upstairs that refused.

Skip the big box stores. Shop local. You get way better pricing plus people that are experts in what they are selling.

I wish we had tried here first! After searching for a cartridge replacement part for our tub faucet in multiple other businesses my son called here and asked for help. He gave Tom the part number and was told he would call back shortly. Sure enough he called my son and had the part we needed. When I went to pick up the part Justin was able to help and had the part in my hands within minutes. We are very impressed and will make sure we use Andrew Sheret for any future needs!
