days ago to buy some plumbing supplies for my house, and I was really happy with their service! The staff were very helpful and told me exactly what I needed. I bought a toilet hose adapter, and it was great quality for a fair price. The store was clean and well-organized, and they had a great variety of products. It was a bit busy, so I had to wait for my turn, but overall, it was a good experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for plumbing supplies.
Again I have had the pleasure of shopping at AS. Over a number of builds and renovations AS have always had the best products and informed staff to help. Recently, at Splashes Caitlin took Rachel and I through all the options for replacement toilets for our house. Ended up again with Toto, a brand we had previously put in another house from AS. She has very broad product knowledge with all the models/options with exceptional customer service and pricing. Thanks Caitlin. Amber too.
I was mocked and made fun of. Not recommended. If you want customers service, go somewhere else.
Big thanks to Christian in parts department at Hillside Splashes who went the extra mile for me! After weeks of frustration with a leaking flapper (1/2” water per hour), & trials with a few different suggested flappers, Christian shared an old plumbers tip of doing a light sand with fine sand paper on my flush valve & this totally fixed my problem. Thank you so much for going the extra mile, Christian!
Best place in Victoria for all your plumbing needs. Every time I visit, I am greeted by very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Today I needed to replace a Grohe fill valve for an inside wall toilet tank (circa 2017 - it took me some time to google the part number). The gentleman at the counter searched the store database but nothing came up, so he asked the lady in the office to help.
