Knowledgeable staff, quick service, and SO much in stock. Always happy to make a trip there.
Dealt with an incredibly disrespectful and rude staff member (LEAH WELLINGTON) at the Hillside location. She spoke to me in an aggressive, demeaning and bully tone for an error caused by Andrew Sheret. Leah’s behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory.
The Oakville location is amazing. I needed a specific part asap while doing repairs and Gabriella went above and beyond to make it happen. There were so many basic things I couldn't do as a customer due to the situation, location, wifi ext.... I was even distracted with managing the repairs while on the phone with her and she never got frustrated and worked through every obstacle with me. Even ensured I had it correct with the piece I needed. Thank you so much! Amanda - Executive House Manager in Dundas
Faster and less rude service than othe pllumbing places. Cool to talk with Jacob at the counter
