Melissa Ellerman was NEVER A CLIENT nor was her husband. She was misinformed by the jail that Andrew Sheffer was his attorney. He could have ignored her, but he did the legwork to find out who was appointed and left a message the same day with name of actual attorney assigned and his contact information. She called again, after she obviously failed to check her VM, with a rude and condescending message complaining that she had not received a return call, suggesting that he get around to doing his job properly.
