It was an emotional experience selling our childhood home after our parents passed away. Andy & Lisa were so understanding, kind, patient & compassionate while we went through the process. They were in constant communication with us, answered all of our questions, & work hard for us to get the best deal possible. I was selling my home located on a busy street AND they were going to do a big road improvement project in four months. Andy did an amazing job selling my house. He held open houses in the middle of the week during rush afternoon rush hour to get the most traffic into the house as possible. He had great insight into doing a few cheap fixes to make the house sell. Andy sold my house in record time! I will recommend Andy and his team to anyone and everyone!!!
