The visit was top notch! Staff was friendly, Dr Tran was able get my X-rays scheduled next day and give me a treatment plan that was efficient. I was very happy.
I was pleased with the office personnel and liked Dr. Park. I appreciate his approach to my problem, but there seems to be a communication problem between his office and Dr. Lloyd's office where he referred me. After I didn't hear from them for two days I called Dr. Lloyd's office and found that they had not received the necessary paperwork for the appointment and would call me when they had it. Four days (counting the weekend) have passed and as yet no word. That seems excessive in our digital world.
I came to Dr. Park in bad shape. I had broken hardware from a previous surgery in my lumbar spine and he operated on degenerative discs in my neck three weeks later. Dr. Park removed all the old hardware and replaced it. The result was amazing! My spine went from a 23 degree curve to almost completely straight. I am amazed at the results!
