Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Kontos and consider him to be the best of the best! Dr. Kontos cares about his patients and I can't say that about other physicians we see on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I had to have Moh's surgery for skin cancer. Dr. Kontos is a skilled surgeon and I can't thank him enough for the excellent results. If you are trying to decide on a dermatologist for any reason, I highly recommend him, no matter how far you have to go to get to his office!

I needed Mohs surgery and my local surgeon could not take me soon enough. Since we have a 2nd residence in Florida, I contacted Dr. Kontos office for an apptointment. Not only did he see me right away, he did the surgery 2 days later. His staff could not have been any more accommodating and he explained everything very well. I couldn't have been more pleased !
Dr. Kontos, with his staff, performed a delicate surgery with outstanding results. He and all his assistants were compassionate and professional. They explained everything in easy to understand terms, and made sure I was comfortable with each procedure.
Dr. Kontos is great! Been coming to him for over 8 years! Highly recommended. I have had several surgeries with minimal to no scaring. You are in good hands with him and his entire team.

Having been to different MOH’s Surgeon’s in my travel for the government Dr. Kontos is one of the very best I have had surgery performed on my Skin Cancer Cell’s, both Basil Cell and Squamous. I would highly recommend his skills to anyone needing an expert.
