No information about the process used to install the roof. No information regarding the material to be used (such kind of metal used or gauge of metal). I really don't know what I bought.

The ceiling in our newborns nursery caved in due to a leaky roof. All we had to do was file the claim with insurance and the folks at Andrew Muncey's Home Repair took care of the rest. When there was an issue with the adjuster they called and took care of it for me and walked me through exactly what I needed to do through the entire process. It was as pain free as it gets. Delays arose due to weather issues, not the contractor's lack of plan follow through. The work was completed in an efficient, safe, and timely manner once underway. Communication about schedule delay could have been better.
