I am writing this review after having time to reflect on an experience during childbirth that involved a lack of informed consent and repeated hostile behavior toward nursing staff, leaving me deeply unsettled and with lasting physical consequences. I chose this provider because he delivers his own patients and initially took comfort in his repeated claim of "I've been doing this for 40 years." This review is long overdue, but better late than never. Dr. Andrew Liu is an exceptional and professional doctor who literally saved me eight years ago. He truly listened to my concerns and even came into the office on his day off, along with his assistant nurse, because I was leaving for a two-week trip and needed urgent care. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Liu and his assistant for their kindness, professionalism, and support during the procedure.
